In 2021, Daniel Paul established a certified small business after 15 years’ work at ICF: a large, beltway-based multi-discipline consulting firm. At ICF, he worked upon some of California’s largest transportation infrastructure projects, receiving SHPO concurrence in virtually all instances where he was signatory architectural historian.
Daniel’s built environment regulatory experience is extensive. He is versed in a multitude of regulatory frameworks that include:
